     As a woman-of-color business owner, I understand the [Black] community's challenges. Now more than ever, I repeatedly hear that we want to see people who look like us win. I want that too, and because of that desire, I have a strong focus on collaborating with solopreneurs and small businesses that identify as businesses owned and operated by Black + Brown people. 

    Regardless of how clients identify, I explore their greater purpose & needs by tapping into the intentional opportunity development toolkit that I developed within my framework. As my client, you will be guided through the Purpose for Impact Framework to ensure you can 'take your time back' while collaborating with me.

If you want to transform your mindset, this is your agency. While focusing on the challenges you and your business face, we'll work together to create a path of clarity for the value you add to your industry. 

I believe we shouldn't try to quantify our impact, though we are used to trying to measure it, put numbers on it, seek the data, and show it off. Your impact can't be measured because you will never know how many individuals you will connect to for the duration of your life. The message you and your business bring to the world [your brand] has the potential to be felt by individuals you never even spoke to. How valuable is that? 

Your impact is; how you show up, present your business, and how others perceive and connect to your brand. That's why it's so critical to discover what you're bringing to the table [awareness]. Upon discovery, you will unravel the clarity combined with the solutions provided. 

To be able to take away solutions for the issues at hand and lessons to maintain the mindset shift, you have to be committed to continuous discovery. There's always room for personal growth and improving your services, products, and offerings. 

You've probably heard the quote "consistency is key" before. To be consistent has to start somewhere. You have to know the root reason to determine the best method on how you will sustain. Consistency is a key to branding and brand development. When you walk into a specific store like Target, you typically know how the experience will be before you walk in because they are consistent. What you perceive from their consistency is their brand. This perception is how your impact is delivered. Again, I believe this perception isn't quantitative, but it is qualified. After all, you cannot duplicate your value. 

How do you mitigate duplication? My answer: be authentically you. 

How do you get to authenticity? My answer: through self-awareness discovery and maintenance.

But without this, you can unintentionally implement processes and make decisions that drift away from your purpose.
